GBExcellent delivery time Received the three filters I ordered promptly. Price is great, especially compared to those sold online at the manufacturing site for my refrigerator. Cannot comment on how they work, as I haven't needed to install yet.

GBOrder FW5061 Order FW5061 Purchased 4 of these filters, and although you were quick to confirm, charge & deliver - Customer Service is non-existent when I have trouble with your product. One of them is either defective or they all are, but didn't want to use a 2nd filter hoping to return the lot. End of the day, a good seal isn't created, fridge leaks, and creates voids in the line. Placed the old filter back and issues disappear. Several emails and calls made to them, to no avail.

GBCross your fingers and hope you get your order!! Communication with your customers is terrible. I made a purchase in late December and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out via email numerous times requesting the status with no reply. This is bad business.

GBNo Response on Returns No Response on Returns These filters would not work for me so, per the return policy on their website, I emailed to request a RMA. The website states they would reply "within approximately 24 business hours". It's now been a week and I've followed up with two more without a response. I noticed today that the hotlink attached to that email address on their website actually goes to another company (Allfilters), so I'm not sure what's the deal here.
