GBThe stovetop is fabulous The stovetop is wonderful. It looks clean, contemporary and is easy to use. It was a money well spent. We did have a delivery issue when the first one arrived shattered. Not sure if more styrofoam would have helped as it looked like the deliverers might have stepped on box. Empava customer service was wonderful and a replacement unit was shipped right away.

GBCompany is a nightmare Their cooktop stopped working after 7 months. Then the real nightmare began. Empava seems to have one guy named Aaron who handles customer service calls in the US. I called and told him there was a loud pop and it no longer worked. He told me they would ship a new one the next day and would send me a tracking number. Great. A week later nothing. Called, got Aaron again. Told me the same thing. Few days go by I get an email saying a replacement has been shipped, but didn't get a tracking number. Ten days later the new cooktop arrives, only its a range hood, not a cooktop. Called customer service again. No answer this time. Left a couple of message over the next couple of days and no call back. Tried their online chat, no one responds there. Sent more emails. They ask me to open the box and take pictures to prove its not a cooktop. Did that. Then they ask me to seal the box back up and arrange with Fed Ex myself to come get the item they sent! The box is still sitting on my living room floor because Fed Ex never showed up. They finally send me a new cooktop a couple of days ago, but its a different model and size than the one I bought and leaves a slight gap in coverage at the back. I write customer service again telling them at the very least I need a trim kit to cover the gap. They write back and say they don't have a trim kit and "Could you please keep it?" This is exhausting. I give up. Never Empava again. Ever.

GBGood product, manual could be better No problem with delivery; item was packed well. The manual leaves much to be desired in covering oven's use. The bake burner would not light due to igniter wire shorted against access hole to oven. The oven does have very good temperature control with its proportional-control thermostat. I could recommend this oven.

GBTerrible customer service I bought an Empava 36” induction cooktop. It worked decent but started malfunctioning 1 month out of warranty. My first call I was able to speak to a support rep who had me email proof of purchase and a video of the problem. Since then I received 2 very vague emails on parts that I need and it almost seems like a scam the way I was told to order the parts. I have called countless times with no answer and left several messages with no return call. I would not recommend due to this being the worst customer service I have dealt with. I have recently started a kitchen and bath remodeling business and guess what brand I will not be recommending. Update!! Since writing this review I was contacted by Empava customer service and they sent the parts I needed free of charge.

GBEmpava Cooktop Frustrating to Use We purchased our Empava cooktop about one year ago through Amazon. The first thing we noticed is when you turn the switch on for a burner, it's tricky and often doesn't light up. You have to keep trying to turn it on, and if you're lucky, eventually it ignites. Now approximately one year of ownership, the large middle burned won't ignite. We thought it might've been clogged, and took everything apart and cleaned it out. We reached out to corporate via their website, but no company representative responded. We wish we would've kept our Whirlpool cooktop.
