GBMy carpet order got lost in the system... My carpet order somehow got lost in the system and so it was quite delayed in shipping. It was really hard to get in touch with the company but eventually my phone call went through after a couple weeks of emails/messaging through the portal. The carpet arrived though and is good!

GBBeautiful high quality rug! The website was easy to navigate, images were realistic representation of the product. We LOVE our area rug in our newly renovated coastal design space. We ordered and returned about 5 rugs from Amazon that just looked poorly made or didn’t look like the image. We decided to spend a little more money for a high quality rug. Worth every Penny!
