Alexandra should be fired. Alexandra is literally the most USELESS, CRAPPY customer service representative ever. I hate the woman. I ordered 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived, she won't reply to my emails and she won't even give me a refund. Wish the woman get fired. I have asked my bank to do a chargeback, even though the paintbynumbers website says that if your product doesn't arrive in 4 weeks, you should get a refund.

SCAM SCAM. I ordered may 2nd, received an email May 4th saying it was on the way and theyd send me a shipping number soon, and they havent. I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order, they sent me a packing label and told me it should be here by August 10th. Unacceptable. Im very sure ill never see the paintings. Save yourself the money and never buy from them

Love it! I ordered 4 paint kits, each of them a custom job as they were based on my own photographs from travels. I've completed two so far and love it. My only suggestion to others wanting custom kits is to pick photographs that lend themselves to a more abstract look as fine detail is hard to achieve with this style of painting.

Still waiting since May I ordered on May 24th 2023 (#20410). I didn’t receive the package, last time it also took a long time because of covid so I remained patient. I sent an email in September and October requesting updates, never received a reply. So far never received my painting or any updates.

I love using Paint-by-Numbers I love using Paint-by-Numbers, it is one of the most relaxing experiences. Due to Covid 19, my order arrived late, this could not be helped, as there were many variables at play. It was frustrating, but the staff were always friendly, empathetic and even accommodating. They sent me a second shipment free of charge, because of the delays, as this was out of their control. They kept their word and both shipments arrived safely. Thank you Paint-by-Numbers.
