A great experience and a great book to share with my family Storyworth gave me the structure and motivation to write my own book about my lifetime of memories that I want to share with my children and grandchildren. The entire process was very easy, and I am very pleased with the quality of the finished book. I used many of the writing prompts that were provided to me each week. Also, it was easy for me to add other stories that cover additional topics beyond the original writing prompts.

Storyworth is a total disappointment I was given a subscription to Storyworth as a gift in December in 2022. I started my story and had completed many contributions. Then in April 2023 I had an medical operation which prevented me continuing with my story for several months. I emailed Storyworth and explained my situation and received a reply informing me that I could continue to complete my story even though it would take me more that the 12 month limit. When the 12 month limit arrived (December 2023) they simply stopped my account and I could no longer add or edit my story. So I subscribed again which unlocked my account - so I have paid them $180. I have since sent them 3 emails asking for advice on inputting photos to my story and have received NO response at all. I now suspect its simply a scam that once they have your money they wipe you. Me and my family are very disappointed because I have put a lot of time and research into my story and it now looks like its all been a waste of time.

Customer service acknowledgement for payment. I wanted to extend the time that I can use their program to write my memory stories. Today I did so online and the experience went very well. I was easily able to add an extra period to my existing agreement in a smooth and flawless manner. I also received an instant receipt for my payment. Well done.

Honestly who can be bothered This is designed for you to never finish it. You pay around $100 to use the website. Unless you're a prolific writer, you will likely answer 1-2 questions and then never finish. If you do finish, they rely on cost-sunk fallacy where you then fork out hundreds of more dollars to get the damn thing printed. Definitely would not recommend...

Great gift and Experience of a lifetime Very nice experience to save information for the next generation. I enjoyed the stories that were chosen specifically for me. Cannot wait to see book. I hope if there are spelling issues they will be corrected! Thats important.
