My husband and I are thrilled with our… My husband and I are thrilled with our Storyworth experiences. We have each gifted the other with a year's subscription to answer the questions. He is on his second year and I only got my subscription Christmas 2023. Just this weekend I gifted my husband with a Celebration book for our 5th wedding anniversary. He couldn't have been more surprised or excited to get it. The process to make one was very simple. If there is something that was a little more time consuming it was getting all the emails of the contributors to the book. I had to contact most people and ask for their email address. But the Storyworth staff could not have been more helpful and available . They were only an email away and very prompt to help. I had a couple of issues come up such as a missing picture for a story and a question about how to change the timeline for completing and ordering the book. They took care of both right away. I recommend both types of books whole heartedly!

It was an eye opener to remember a lot… It was an eye opener to remember a lot of emotional fun and sad times growing up. I would recommend this to parents to past down to future generations. Because if it not written down its not a memory when your gone.

With gratitude to the person (NICK?)… With gratitude to the person (NICK?) who masterminded and created this amazing tool encouraging many to preserve precious memories. My daughter gifted me Storyworth during Covid. Being a journalist she was sending me weekly questions pertinent to the stories she heard growing up from her parents and grandparents. It has been an emotional journey for me going through my late father's notes and the family tree he so lovingly drew. I also had many black and white photographs dated back to 1914. At the very beginning I was writing stories in my mind without even typing them. I realized that I might need an extension and called customer service. A very pleasant and kind recorded male voice picked my message (luckily not computerized) and assured me that someone will speak to me in a couple of minutes. Customer service (Roxane) came on line right away. Being a self taught computer "genius" who does not like computers, over the course of my writing I had many technical issues. Every time I contacted customer service with various questions they were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help. I was lucky that several times Ricardo happen to answer my calls and "cries for help". I would not have been able to go on writing and complete my book without his technical knowledge, encouragement and patience explaining to me over and over again the same issues. By the end of my book (over 400 pages) THANKS to Ric I have become a pro in editing stories and uploading photographs. I dedicated my book to my 3 grandsons who were impressed that their grandma wrote a book and even included their photographs. They were also impressed that the title of the book is "My family" and the cover is red (that happens to be their favourite color). Thank you again and again Storyworth for this brilliant idea that have made so many happy and grateful.

Storyworth has given clear instructions… Storyworth has given clear instructions to guide me through the process of writing my life's story. The questions have been thought provoking. It's been a good experience but I may need more time to complete it.

It is very beneficial to be prompted by the questions posted, and often leads to sharing of memories that would be buried rather than shared. I often go off on tangents during the chapters! thank you for your service! I had attempted to get my own mother to write down some memories to be saved, but I did not have success or the tools to make it happen. This is very easy and inspired memories and emotions that I want to pass on in my family.
