AUStoryworth is a total disappointment I was given a subscription to Storyworth as a gift in December in 2022. I started my story and had completed many contributions. Then in April 2023 I had an medical operation which prevented me continuing with my story for several months. I emailed Storyworth and explained my situation and received a reply informing me that I could continue to complete my story even though it would take me more that the 12 month limit. When the 12 month limit arrived (December 2023) they simply stopped my account and I could no longer add or edit my story. So I subscribed again which unlocked my account - so I have paid them $180. I have since sent them 3 emails asking for advice on inputting photos to my story and have received NO response at all. I now suspect its simply a scam that once they have your money they wipe you. Me and my family are very disappointed because I have put a lot of time and research into my story and it now looks like its all been a waste of time.

GBThe customer service is fantastic The customer service is fantastic. Anytime I had a question or problem with something they were willing to spend the time necessary to walk me through it.

GBStoryworth has given clear instructions… Storyworth has given clear instructions to guide me through the process of writing my life's story. The questions have been thought provoking. It's been a good experience but I may need more time to complete it.

GBGreat customer service! What a wonderful experience working with your people. They were always patient and able to get me to where I needed to be. I will be calling again soon, making some revisions and ordering three more books. Thank you

CAWith gratitude to the person (NICK?)… With gratitude to the person (NICK?) who masterminded and created this amazing tool encouraging many to preserve precious memories. My daughter gifted me Storyworth during Covid. Being a journalist she was sending me weekly questions pertinent to the stories she heard growing up from her parents and grandparents. It has been an emotional journey for me going through my late father's notes and the family tree he so lovingly drew. I also had many black and white photographs dated back to 1914. At the very beginning I was writing stories in my mind without even typing them. I realized that I might need an extension and called customer service. A very pleasant and kind recorded male voice picked my message (luckily not computerized) and assured me that someone will speak to me in a couple of minutes. Customer service (Roxane) came on line right away. Being a self taught computer "genius" who does not like computers, over the course of my writing I had many technical issues. Every time I contacted customer service with various questions they were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help. I was lucky that several times Ricardo happen to answer my calls and "cries for help". I would not have been able to go on writing and complete my book without his technical knowledge, encouragement and patience explaining to me over and over again the same issues. By the end of my book (over 400 pages) THANKS to Ric I have become a pro in editing stories and uploading photographs. I dedicated my book to my 3 grandsons who were impressed that their grandma wrote a book and even included their photographs. They were also impressed that the title of the book is "My family" and the cover is red (that happens to be their favourite color). Thank you again and again Storyworth for this brilliant idea that have made so many happy and grateful.
