I also did the Live Chat during normal hours and got Arelis. They both knew what I needed (replace canopy for a 10x20 structure) and I ordered with no issues. GBMatching part numbers for a new cover Bill Huff was able to match a number we got off our Shelter Logic structure cover with a new number in his system. Nightingale Hosted Shelter's order for a new cover is now in the works. We use our structure as a tent kitchen in the camp our non-profit operates for 20 people transitioning from living in the streets to stable housing in Eugene, Oregon. Our Shelter Logic structure serves us well.

GBGreat Customer Service We were missing a part for a metal shed and could not go forward with the build. I immediately contacted ShelterLogic through their online missing parts page and received a quick response. Our Customer Service Rep. Laura Miller indicated that it would be shipped right away from the factory. UPS delivered it four days later! GBLooks good but not durable! I purchased the 10 x 10 shed in a box in February of 2022. Due to cold weather I didn't get it erected until late March of 2022. Shed looked fine and held up great in the late snow and the wind. By mid winter of 2022 one panel on the roof became worn and thin letting rain come through onto my side by side. I contacted Shelter Logic and filed a warranty claim as instructed. A replacement was sent in February of 2023 and I removed the old cover and replaced it with the new one. By December of 2023, again, one panel on the roof was worn and thin just like the original and this time a tear was noticed on one corner. I contacted Shelter Logic again and was told that I could buy a replacement cover but that the warranty was only good for one replacement. Sorry, but I can't spend money for a replacement cover every year so I'll try to find a better product that will hold up as advertised. Update: It's a shame that the original order didn't state that this was a lighter grade material. And, again, why is it the same panel that wears each time. Nine to ten months is not very long for the price paid. If you intend to purchase this product do a little investigating on the product and durability.

GBWe rec'd two extra parts we did not need We had a rather unique challenge during construction of my sister-in-laws 10x20 CPHC0015 unit. We called customer service a couple times on the morning of April 26th to look for guidance. The second call was taken by Greg Mellette, who patiently listened to me explain the issue, and over time (maybe a 20 minute call) suggested that we had used the only 2 vertical extensions that came in our boxes incorrectly. Viola!! I want to commend Greg for his patience and understanding during our phone call. CSR's like him are not the norm. Someone should buy him a pizza for lunch!!
