Great Customer Service We were missing a part for a metal shed and could not go forward with the build. I immediately contacted ShelterLogic through their online missing parts page and received a quick response. Our Customer Service Rep. Laura Miller indicated that it would be shipped right away from the factory. UPS delivered it four days later! Martine was great! Martine was great! We lost the drain plug cap on our 100qt cooler and although I thought it was a lost cause, I contacted customer service to see if any replacements were available. Martine to the rescue! I received replacement caps in two sizes in the mail today. I'm very pleased - Thank you Martine!

Customer service During the parts inventory three parts were identified as missing. This was disappointing I must admit. The great part was the customer service I received in reporting this discrepency. Per instruction I requested how to obtain these parts. Laura M responded with the information she needed. Being impatient I requested status along the way. Each time she was prompt in her replies, courteous and seemed to genuinely want to help. Today I received my missing parts as promised.

She allowed me to e,mail her with all photos and documentation which she forwarded to the warranty department. Within four days I had a reply and was notified that a replacement part was being shipped. If all C.S.R's were as caring and helpful as Martine, consumer confidence would be at an all time high! Thank you for you assistance Martine.

I purchased the more expensive shelter… I purchased the more expensive shelter with a 10 yr warranty and 5 yrs later a hail storm put holes in my cover. And then to find out the warranty is prorated. No where did it say that on my warranty would of never bought the product. Not worth buying better off to buy steel panels. Would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.
