CAGreat customer service. Upon discovering a problem with my… Upon discovering a problem with my Shelter Logic product, I spoke with Martine, a C.S.R. She allowed me to e,mail her with all photos and documentation which she forwarded to the warranty department. Within four days I had a reply and was notified that a replacement part was being shipped. If all C.S.R's were as caring and helpful as Martine, consumer confidence would be at an all time high! Thank you for you assistance Martine.

GBGreat Customer Service I worked with Martine Gallant who resolved all my issues regarding a mis-shipped shelter top. Although the mistake was a third party vendor, she got with her boss and found a resolution. She got a new one out in the mail to me immediately. Outstanding customer service. I most strongly recommend asking for her if you have a problem. Could not ask for better service.

GBMatching part numbers for a new cover Bill Huff was able to match a number we got off our Shelter Logic structure cover with a new number in his system. Nightingale Hosted Shelter's order for a new cover is now in the works. We use our structure as a tent kitchen in the camp our non-profit operates for 20 people transitioning from living in the streets to stable housing in Eugene, Oregon. Our Shelter Logic structure serves us well.

GBReplace canopy for a 10x20 structure I went both ways since I started after hours. I went with the email option with a 24 hour response and Lynn McCann answered the next day. I also did the Live Chat during normal hours and got Arelis. They both knew what I needed (replace canopy for a 10x20 structure) and I ordered with no issues. GBSo happy we reached out to Tommy Bahama… So happy we reached out to Tommy Bahama about our 2 broken beach chairs. We hadn't realized Shelter Logic now owns Tommy. However, Tommy Bahama put us on to Christina a manager at Shelter Logic. Who was gracious, patient and thoughtful in finding a quality replacement. Sent it out to us with no issue.
