GBLarge selection of pool equipment Large selection of pool equipment. Namco needs to get a private pool contractor affiliated with installing above ground pool. It is really hard to buy a pool without a pool contractor to install the above ground pool. I would recommend hosting a job fair to advertise the pool contractor or an open house.

GBNo hassle return At the end of last year's season, I purchased a pool with all the trimmings. This year, as I'm getting everything set up, I discovered there were a lot of town rules about how & where I could position my new gas heater for the pool. It was going to be such a bother that I decided to see if I could just return in & live with a solar cover. Michelle & Destiny in Poughkeepsie couldn't have been more helpful! They were able to accept the return (minus a restocking fee). This was a huge relief & much appreciated. They were great last year when I purchased everything & continue their undeniable customer satisfaction policy.

GBPool company arrived to install pool Pool company arrived to install pool. Hayward pump/ Waterway filter..not compatible. I had to drive to Namco..on a Sunday..at 2:30 while having an appointment at 5 ..Shelton to Orange..very stressful. I received NO credit for the inconvenience or for the fact that I ordered a Hayward filter which I know is more expensive/better quality than the Waterway.This is the second pool I have purchased from Namco..very disappointed with lack of regard for my inconvenience/ wrong order.

GB12/23/22 - Disgraceful - Southington Location. 12/23/22: I will be reaching out to your corporate office about absolutely disgusting and uncalled for service we received from your Southington location. We did not pay $9000 to be treated like garbage by your store manager. We purchased all the recommended coverages only to be told to go outside and fix it ourselves. This isn't over.

GBJunk furniture Purchased 4 different tables and 20 chairs from the enfield store, 2 days later it rained and the rust coming from from the furniture stained the new stamped concrete deck. I visited the store and spoke with Afrika she said to send in pictures to her email which I did, went down there after no contact back. Was given the number for customer service and called them, I spoke with Lynn who wasn't very helpfull other than to say call the manufacturer. So namco isn't standing behind what they sell that was only 3 days old.... terrible...
