My first order had not shipped for over… My first order had not shipped for over a month so I cancelled the order. After cancelling, my gift card that was used for partial payment, was not credited. I contacted customer service and they said they could not refund my gift card. After a dozen back and forths I was finally able to get back the credit to my gift card. Overall a bad experience.

Great product Great product. Our two (bogo) quilts, snapped together, cover our king size bed with room to spare and keep us toasty when the wood stove burns down in the early am. Looking forward to spring when I can try them with our hammocks.
