Bear Butt is always efficient Bear Butt is always efficient and customer service is great. I've gotten a replacement without issue and they're quick to respond with any questions. Most of all, their products rock and their prices are better than the competitors of equal quality.

Good stuff I've bought 2 double wide hammocks, 2 rainflys and a bug net as well as suspension straps from Bear Butt. Everything arrived quickly and is of good quality. I only wish they had a wider variety of items, such as larger rectangular rainflys.

Haven't gone camping yet but the gear… Haven't gone camping yet but the gear looks great and it's all very compact and lightweight. I ordered the double size hammock, kodiak straps, rain fly, and mosquito net to cover all possible scenarios. Might have to set it up in the backyard and give it a test run.
