GBLack of Action and Communication I ordered a hammock and straps. The straps arrived without a problem. The hammock did not. After multiple attempts at contacting BearButt I finally received an email saying it was lost by their deliver provider and they would follow up shortly. It’s been a week, I’ve reached out and still no response. Hugely disappointing when a product ordered at the end of November can be here by Christmas!

GBMy first order had not shipped for over… My first order had not shipped for over a month so I cancelled the order. After cancelling, my gift card that was used for partial payment, was not credited. I contacted customer service and they said they could not refund my gift card. After a dozen back and forths I was finally able to get back the credit to my gift card. Overall a bad experience.

GBWonderful products Wonderful products! We have 8 hammocks and 6 rain flies. Took them backpacking last weekend, got rained on all night and we were all warm and dry! Great customer service as well - answered questions and replaced defective items quickly!

GBHands down the best! Bear Butt is an amazing company from the products to customer interactions. They are great on social media and reply to you on Facebook and Instagram all the time and make you feel like a huge family! They show you around in stories and videos and are all around great and funny people and I love this company!

GBStill haven’t had an actual response to… Still haven’t had an actual response to my particular situation. Just pre packaged stuff that’s not addressing my almost 4 year old hammock. Come on folks, just reach out and make a loyal customer happy please. Pretty please. Matt
