No mess no fuss First off, Pretty Kitty Litter is amazing!! I'm going to try the clumping litter next. The company is efficient, always on time, and they let you know when it's arriving, in the purrrect way, lol. Just easy and all around GREAT PRODUCT!!

Fraudulent company does not honor 30 day guarantee I had the displeasure of talking to June via email from 8:30am-5:00pm going back and for of me asking over 5 times to cancel my subscription and refund me 2373623 was open but ignored and I just got the bag Friday and today is Sunday. This was the clumping version that wasn’t available in any of the stores so I responded to their ad. I was locked out of my account so I couldn’t cancel my subscription and June refused to both cancel my subscription and refund me. I warn anyone to look at their pages and pages of complaints on BBB and not deal with the company. The clumping version is horrible and didn’t even work one whole day and therefore impossible to last 30 day**** the order number is 13321414 and today is 4/15/24 and I was able to call in and allegedly, my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded. The issue was with customer service rep June who ignored my request to cancel subscription ( even asking 5 times) and receive a refund due to the poor experience with the litter. I will purchase the Lotus Flower one locally from now on

Issues solved quickly. The agents are available and extremely knowledgeable. They solve your problems in a timely manner and they are extremely attentive. My kitten is 4 months old and adapted to the food along with adjusting to the litter. We are both “happy campers.”
