When I contacted Connecting Threads, the person on the phone was understanding and assured me that my order would be filled correctly. She was right!! It arrived yesterday and I am very happy with my fabric.

Connecting Threads is very responsive… Connecting Threads is very responsive to requests. I need additional fabric for a quilt kit because I didn't read the instructions correctly. They replaced the fabric, however, USPS somehow lost the package. I called and they replaced the missing fabric again. I appreciated this very much. The fabric is beautiful and I can't wait to see the finished quilt.

I was short 1 item but was charged for… I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.

I am very happy! I am very happy! Ordering was easy - shipment was quick and arrived in perfect condition. This purchase was to replace a purchase from another vendor which arrived with holes in it!
