Kit looks great Kit looks great. I was concerned when I opened it because I couldn't find all the materials listed. Turns out they were "stuck" together. Make sure you separate all the pieces of material when you open it!

I've always had good service. I've always had good service with Connecting Threads. I recently placed a very large order for thread online. I checked my order before I hit the last button to place the order because it did involve both polyester and cotton and in many different colors. When it arrived there were 5 cones in one of the colors and I had only ordered 4. The invoice showed I had ordered 5 instead of 4. I called to see if I had been charged for this extra cone. I had been but the person I talked with didn't suggest I had ordered incorrectly and promptly credited my card for the price of the extra cone and told me just to keep it. She was very personable during the interaction.

I absolutely love Connecting Threads I absolutely love Connecting Threads! Their selection of fabrics...especially reproduction fabrics is awesome. I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem! Happy camper (Quilter)! I have always been very happy with my orders from Connecting Threads. I've ordered fabric, kits, many big boxes of batting and my thread case is full of 48 different colored spools of threads. I'm 87 so I'm trying to use up my stash so haven't placed many orders lately. I did order my first panel recently. And, I love getting you catalogs with so many ideas.
