I absolutely love Connecting Threads I absolutely love Connecting Threads! Their selection of fabrics...especially reproduction fabrics is awesome. I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem! I have been a fan of Connecting Threads… I have been a fan of Connecting Threads for years. I think you are my only online fabric store. Even if I am just looking for inspiration, I visit you at least once a week. I often recommend you to beginners in our quilt group at our church; as, there are so many things that new quilters need. I bring my CT catalog into class and show them how to pick multiple fabrics for their projects.

I was short 1 item but was charged for… I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.

I love connecting threads! I always get exactly what I order in a reasonable amount of time. The fabric is always of very good quality and they have kits at much better prices that some other companies. I use the thread too and it’s excellent. Also every once in awhile they have really good sales on batting. I just love getting these things delivered right to my door.

There was a mixup and I received the… There was a mixup and I received the wrong fabric in my order. When I contacted Connecting Threads, the person on the phone was understanding and assured me that my order would be filled correctly. She was right!! It arrived yesterday and I am very happy with my fabric.
