Personally I’d give no stars…I place my… Personally I’d give no stars…I place my order with Fast Doll for my shop and paid on June 24th 2022 and still to this day I have not received a single piece of my order. The owner Caroline is nice and all but also comes with a lot of excuses on why my order wasn’t ready or hadn’t shipped yet. I contacted her via email and thru her Instagram many times and will take forever to respond. There were many times where she would tell me that my order should be done and shipped by the end of the week. It wasn’t until over a year that I finally received some tracking info and still no package. The only thing that ever showed up on the tracking was that the tracking slip was created and that the post office was waiting for the package. But she assured me that she dropped off my order, not once but twice. Everytime I asked for a refund she would plead to let her finish my order, looks like I’m the idiot for not putting my foot down and demanding my money back. We eventually agreed to me getting half a refund and she would still send me my missing product. This was on October 2nd still no refund and haven’t received a response back since November 7th…

Buyer beware The patches are wonderful however be prepared to wait about a year for delivery. First order I waited a year and attempted communication multiple times - she would often wait a month to reply and was nice but had a million excuses and would say my package was on the way. Wasn’t true. Shame on me I placed another order after waiting a year for the first and it’s been 8 months of waiting. I’ve sent 2 emails since September and no reply. It’s unfortunate because her work is great - but she is not a great business owner and I’m left feeling taken advantage of and like a fool.

These patches are so beautiful! These patches are so beautiful!! I love the hats, clothing, key chains, but especially the patches! They struck me the first time I went on this site! Every patch is designed so beautifully and I love the vintage vibes to every peice. I cant wait until the fast doll tanks become restocked to I can wear some merch!! So far I have the flim noir patch but I will be buying several to add to a jacket of my own!

Never received order…15+ weeks and multiple promises with no follow through I placed an order over 15 weeks ago I have yet to receive. I have been back and forth with Caroline multiple times, each time she has promised to get my order right out and has never followed through. I am a big supporter of small business and I recognize this is her livelihood, so it saddens me to leave this review. However, this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a small business owner. Her designs are cute, but either she’s incapable of running a business or she’s a scammer.

I recently took up embroidery as a… I recently took up embroidery as a hobby because of Fast Doll. I was nervous to do my first patch kit because I just started and was still getting the hang of everything. The kit was great and the note card was very helpful. I also received an email from Caroline thanking me for supporting her small business. That was very nice to hear And very thoughtful.
