She offered me a full refund but I opted for a credit as I know that refunds can really kill small businesses. Finally ordered some beautiful product and received a thoughtful note about my patience. I was nervous to do my first patch kit because I just started and was still getting the hang of everything. The kit was great and the note card was very helpful.
