Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a pre-order and the owner was patient and kind resolving the issue and answering my million questions. She offered me a full refund but I opted for a credit as I know that refunds can really kill small businesses. Finally ordered some beautiful product and received a thoughtful note about my patience. Never received order…15+ weeks and multiple promises with no follow through I placed an order over 15 weeks ago I have yet to receive. I have been back and forth with Caroline multiple times, each time she has promised to get my order right out and has never followed through. I am a big supporter of small business and I recognize this is her livelihood, so it saddens me to leave this review. However, this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a small business owner. Her designs are cute, but either she’s incapable of running a business or she’s a scammer.
