Personally I’d give no stars…I place my… Personally I’d give no stars…I place my order with Fast Doll for my shop and paid on June 24th 2022 and still to this day I have not received a single piece of my order. The owner Caroline is nice and all but also comes with a lot of excuses on why my order wasn’t ready or hadn’t shipped yet. I contacted her via email and thru her Instagram many times and will take forever to respond. There were many times where she would tell me that my order should be done and shipped by the end of the week. It wasn’t until over a year that I finally received some tracking info and still no package. The only thing that ever showed up on the tracking was that the tracking slip was created and that the post office was waiting for the package. But she assured me that she dropped off my order, not once but twice. Everytime I asked for a refund she would plead to let her finish my order, looks like I’m the idiot for not putting my foot down and demanding my money back. We eventually agreed to me getting half a refund and she would still send me my missing product. This was on October 2nd still no refund and haven’t received a response back since November 7th…

A stitch in time. Growing up with my mother doing cross stitching, I knew how time consuming ordering a custom project would be. Specially with the detail I wanted. I asked Caroline if this would be possible to have done by a certain date and it was. I sent multiple references for the custom work. I have since purchased two shirts, two keychains and now a custom hand towel for part of my parent’s Christmas gift. Knowing that a small Woman owned business is able have amazing quality, higher standards and knowing she is passionate about her work is something I will continue to support. This isn’t a machine doing the work which 99.99% of embroidery is, this done by hand/one vintage chain stitch machine and one amazing person!
