Beautiful craftsmanship and great service! I requested a custom patch just before Christmas. It was delivered on time and looked fantastic! Communication was quick and clear. Customer service was outstanding. The patch ended up being the favorite gift of the day.

I was nervous to do my first patch kit because I just started and was still getting the hang of everything. The kit was great and the note card was very helpful. I also received an email from Caroline thanking me for supporting her small business. That was very nice to hear And very thoughtful.

Buyer beware The patches are wonderful however be prepared to wait about a year for delivery. First order I waited a year and attempted communication multiple times - she would often wait a month to reply and was nice but had a million excuses and would say my package was on the way. Wasn’t true. Shame on me I placed another order after waiting a year for the first and it’s been 8 months of waiting. I’ve sent 2 emails since September and no reply. It’s unfortunate because her work is great - but she is not a great business owner and I’m left feeling taken advantage of and like a fool.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a pre-order and the owner was patient and kind resolving the issue and answering my million questions. She offered me a full refund but I opted for a credit as I know that refunds can really kill small businesses. Finally ordered some beautiful product and received a thoughtful note about my patience. Would highly recommend
