Was super excited about this product until I realized my tracking info didn’t work and no one responded to emails or insta dms. I had to leave a comment on one of their photos to get a response and then they deleted my comments and other ones it seems…while saying I was going to get an email cancellation. 2 weeks later. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. Avoid the headache until they address this on social media or something. Suspicious activities afoot.

Run away! Edit: your reply is completely unprofessional and not true at all and I am still waiting on a refund even AFTER RETURNING MY ITEM THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU VIA UPS. Horrible shady company! I've been trying to reach them since September 2nd via email, instagram, Facebook with no answer about returning my huedrum! Then I write a review on their page and they blocked me from their Facebook page. Disputed the charge with my bank. Horrible, shady company that will steal your money!!

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. The website lies about shipping times (when it will be shipped and how long it takes to be shipped). After waiting two weeks I asked to cancel the order and refuse. I threatened to initiate a charge back through my credit card and was promptly sent a shipping confirmation that is coming from China and shows no movement. Avoid this company at all costs.

I never got my drum shipment I never got my drum shipment, and Hue drum first said "wait a while more," then said "it's lost in shipment, we'll send you another" but never did, then said "we're sending another one" but I've never gotten it. I wouldn't trust them ever again.

Unpleasant and unorganized process - not worth it for the sound either A couple of weeks after ordering the drum, I was told that the color I requested wasn't in stock. I chose a new color. I was then sent the drum without the mallots or a strap for the bag. I was finally sent the mallots but I am still waiting for the strap. I originally placed the order around the beginning of July. This whole experience has been very unpleasant. The sound of the drum isn't even phenomenal. This experience was not worth it.
