Never again Ordered last year and was very happy with purchase. Great communication. Great value. Came back for another drum, received confirmation of order, CC charged. After 10 days (was told would receive in 2-10 business days) asked for shipping confirmation. So far have been ignored 3 times via email, 3 times contacting through site, 3 times in FB messenger and chat feature on site does not load.

I never got my drum shipment I never got my drum shipment, and Hue drum first said "wait a while more," then said "it's lost in shipment, we'll send you another" but never did, then said "we're sending another one" but I've never gotten it. I wouldn't trust them ever again.

Unpleasant and unorganized process - not worth it for the sound either A couple of weeks after ordering the drum, I was told that the color I requested wasn't in stock. I chose a new color. I was then sent the drum without the mallots or a strap for the bag. I was finally sent the mallots but I am still waiting for the strap. I originally placed the order around the beginning of July. This whole experience has been very unpleasant. The sound of the drum isn't even phenomenal. This experience was not worth it.

No useful customer service. Did receive one “response”stating the drum was going to be shipped out that week…NOPE. Is this a scam business???

I’m an Avid Fan of HueDrum I’m an Avid Fan of HueDrum. There attentiveness to Customers Satisfaction is Second to None. I was concerned that my internet purchasing was slightly dodgy but have subsequently changed my thinking. The pleasantness around my concerns being promptly addressed has left me speechless. Keep up the fabulous customer relations as it leads to Absolute Customer Satisfaction, & word of mouth sales are the best & very sustainable.
