GBThis company has gone down drastically… This company has gone down drastically with customer service. I highly recommend going anywhere but horizon hobby. They won't answer their emails and now they won't even answer their 800 number. Products are delayed with no reason. Shipped incomplete. With no way to contact the human being. There's a lot more companies out there willing to work with real people, horizon hobby has lost all personal service now you have to pay extra for it!!! Completely ridiculous it's all about making money making money screw the customers.

GBThey took me for a fool They took me for a fool, I bought a full air rc boat set and they took my money and all they send me was a charger?, yall don't have a real customer service line, and yall taking people's money, worst customer service, NEVER BUY FROM THEM. In a rating chart I give you - 1000 for scamming a poor family on Christmas, hope ya can sleep well. Quemecen en el inferno!

GBThere is no hope for HH There is no hope for HH. Once the R/C car crowd dumps them, it's over. Being able to walk into my LHS and purchase integrated products based on the Spektrum universe was the draw. Now, CS is non existent. They can't even stock recommended batteries for the new airplanes. They killed hobby shops with shrinking margins. Albeit inconvenient, I have moved back to Futaba and put Horizon and it's gluttony of foam in my rear view mirror.

GBVery poor service Very poor service. Purchased a flight simulator through them, the game doesn't work properly, contacted customer service, they reviewed my PC's capabilities and can't find a solution to the problem. I have emailed them several times, with no viable solution, and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Their original 4 emails were the same exact instructions every time, even though I explained to them that I cannot do anything in the simulator without it crashing. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading the program with no lich, several times.

GBPlaced an order over 4 months ago for… Placed an order over 4 months ago for two of their new transponders. Was never billed for the items and never received them so I assumed the order was cancelled but did not receive any communication from Horizon. Then this week I received an email saying my order had been shipped and I was charged three times for the order at $149.78 each time for a total charge of $449.34. Tried to contact them by phone, chat and email to no avail. Will never place another order with them.
