CAGreat Customer support Purchased an ECX temper gen2 from a hobby store during a recent trip and a couple of batteries into it (first week of ownership) the front right axle pin disappeared rendering the crawler to a 3x4. After contacting customer support, Wayne shipped out a replacement part within days. Back up and running and enjoying the truck a lot. Great turnaround great service. Thank you.

GBThis company has gone down drastically… This company has gone down drastically with customer service. I highly recommend going anywhere but horizon hobby. They won't answer their emails and now they won't even answer their 800 number. Products are delayed with no reason. Shipped incomplete. With no way to contact the human being. There's a lot more companies out there willing to work with real people, horizon hobby has lost all personal service now you have to pay extra for it!!! Completely ridiculous it's all about making money making money screw the customers.

GBAfter having issues getting a couple… After having issues getting a couple vendettas last year I was pretty set against ordering from them again..I had some reward points to use so I ordered body clip and tires.. I received the clips a few days later but almost 3 months later and no tires..they showed in stock when I placed the order but as soon as it was processed the status switched to backordered..when I asked about this they claimed someone else must have ordered them right before me..had been wanting a Outcast 8s but think an Xmaxx or Redcat Vigilante now!

GBThe customer service in this company is… The customer service in this company is a joke. You can only chat online and every agent is either not trained or given proper information or just lies. In 20min i got 10 different excuses from 10 different agents on a straight forward question. Their website is always is wrong when it comes to inventory and the only way to figure that out is to buy something and see if it actually ships even though its listed as in stock. Stay away.

GBTotally s""t company they have… Totally s""t company they have suppliers taking ya money and absolutely no idea when stock will arrive in UK. They must be losing customers daily I've done modeling all my life and never had to put deposits down on goods and 3 month later no idea what so ever when they will be delivered. Someone is making a mint out of this in interest alone. Be nice for a response but there won't be any because there a company that doesn't give a monkeys .
