GBDeep Discount should be named Deep RipOff I pre ordered 3 Funko sodas in May 2021 and still have not received them (now June 2 years later.). I contacted them over a year ago and got a rude email from customer service. I had asked to cancel the order but they wanted to charge s restocking fee for something I hadn’t even received yet. I don’t care how cheap they say they are, it’s only a deep discount if you actually get what you bought and paid for.

GBOnly PARTIAL Refunds issued for all returns...DeepDiscount keeps the tax and restocking fee! A word of advice to the wise...never purchase merchandise from deepdiscount.com. 1. They always ship media mail, and the turnaround time is VERY SLOW...even though they charge shipping. 2. If you ever contact them for a refund, they will cop an attitude and give you a hard time...before eventually refunding you only a portion of what you paid. PLUS you need to pay for return shipping, not reimbursed either. I tried to return a dvd set sealed as received, they took a portion of what I paid, Their "customer service" is the worse: RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want good discounts and customer service, go with Ebay and Amazon. These two are light years ahead of DeepDiscount, which is really, dirt and grime on the base of the earth.

GBDeep Discount should be called Deep… Deep Discount should be called Deep Disappointment. For a place that sells vinyl records you’d think they’d have some idea how to package them for shipping. If you like bent corners and split seams this is the place for you! Or if you prefer cracked CD cases, they’ve got you covered there too! I highly recommend Deep Discount for all of your Deeply Damaged music needs.

GBI tried to cancel order only 30 minutes… I tried to cancel order only 30 minutes after ordering. I was charged $39.20. I founded the same item on Target for $17.29 + free shipping. I requested cancelation or honoring to match the price. I got nothing. From now when I see company name Deep Discount Entertainment I will avoid any purchase. They charged me almost double.
