GBPlaced a preorder Placed a preorder, item came out waited weeks, called notified that there were over 4900 back orders. My son had been waiting on this, I got on game stop and placed the order right away no back order. Waiting for confirmation email about cancellation not confident I will receive one. Go to a well known company the small amount of money you may save does not fix the disappoint if you dont receive your order.

GBHorrible company to order from I have not once had ordered from them without an issue. Majority of the time items will never ship, often ordered will be cancelled with no notification that they're cancelled.

GBDishonest & incompetent Dishonest & incompetent! Deep discount did not provide me with timely shipping info & the tracking number was not a real link like most sellers provide. The $77 dollar record gatefold album cover was damaged with the whole upper right corner bent/dropped on both sides with 5" creases. When I was trying to track the package they were bombarding me with misleading ads. instead of offering me ten dollars compassion they want me to send the album back without any promise of a refund. This company is incompetent & dishonest. They knew the album was damaged.

SGAVOID!!! Made 2 orders with them, both orders came damaged and missing slipcases, was stupid enough to make the 2nd order. only 2 options were given, 10% refund, or send back, and they insist on you using the cheapest option, and these doesn't come with tracking, so you spend the month waiting if its there yet. once you send it, they reply once when they felt like it, making you anxious. so, never never order from them.

GBHorrible Communication! Terrible customer service. It takes them several days to a week to respond to any inquiries. I recently placed an order with Deep Discount, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. The worst part is that no one from the company contacted me regarding the issue. I had to reach out to them myself to ask why my order didn't ship. That's no way to run a business! They lost a customer
