Horrible Communication! Terrible customer service. It takes them several days to a week to respond to any inquiries. I recently placed an order with Deep Discount, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. The worst part is that no one from the company contacted me regarding the issue. I had to reach out to them myself to ask why my order didn't ship. That's no way to run a business! They lost a customer

Dishonest & incompetent Dishonest & incompetent! Deep discount did not provide me with timely shipping info & the tracking number was not a real link like most sellers provide. The $77 dollar record gatefold album cover was damaged with the whole upper right corner bent/dropped on both sides with 5" creases. When I was trying to track the package they were bombarding me with misleading ads. instead of offering me ten dollars compassion they want me to send the album back without any promise of a refund. This company is incompetent & dishonest. They knew the album was damaged.

Actually impressed. My wife bought me some LPs for my birthday. She let me pick them and Deepdiscount had the best prices. They arrived promptly and were packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Received status reports along the way. Since then I have ordered 3 times from them and the products were consistently what I ordered and they were solidly packaged. It would seem to me that they have become more reliable with improved customer service. No complaints. Am impressed actually.

P*ss poor communication! Refunded me with no explanation (4 days later) for the Day of the Dead Barbie Doll that they were promoting all over the internet. P*ss poor communication because i wrote them asking why the item was removed from their site the very next day. I did not receive an answer...only a refund 3 days after i wrote them...no reason given.

Love them! ❤️ I've been ordering from them forlike 2 yrs now. They're prices are amazing. They ship beautifully and the items are always in perfect condition. I'll always order frim them . They take great care in their orders obviously 😊😊❤️
