But deepdiscount made it possible to get my hands on a set i was looking forward to for retail price, that includes shipping! Other websites would be asking 45$ shipping, but deepdiscount offered a very good price. Very happy about this company!

Placed a preorder Placed a preorder, item came out waited weeks, called notified that there were over 4900 back orders. My son had been waiting on this, I got on game stop and placed the order right away no back order. Waiting for confirmation email about cancellation not confident I will receive one. Go to a well known company the small amount of money you may save does not fix the disappoint if you dont receive your order.

Only PARTIAL Refunds issued for all returns...DeepDiscount keeps the tax and restocking fee! A word of advice to the wise...never purchase merchandise from deepdiscount.com. 1. They always ship media mail, and the turnaround time is VERY SLOW...even though they charge shipping. 2. If you ever contact them for a refund, they will cop an attitude and give you a hard time...before eventually refunding you only a portion of what you paid. PLUS you need to pay for return shipping, not reimbursed either. I tried to return a dvd set sealed as received, they took a portion of what I paid, Their "customer service" is the worse: RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want good discounts and customer service, go with Ebay and Amazon. These two are light years ahead of DeepDiscount, which is really, dirt and grime on the base of the earth.

DON'T BE FOOLED & RIPPED OFF like I… DON'T BE FOOLED & RIPPED OFF like I was!! The advertised Caligula dvd offered is not unrated (as described). IT IS NOT "UNCUT"!! The actual "UNCUT" version is 158 minutes. The one being sold as a "RIP OFF" dvd is only 105 minutes!! All the minutes that made this movie so unusual & controversial & shocking & entertaining have been cut!! I tried to cancel my order within 1 Hour of ordering, but Deep Discount is sending this terribly cut dvd anyway. I will be throwing it away. Deep Discount RIPPED ME OFF!!!

I'd give zero stars if possible I'd give zero stars if possible. Pre ordered a 4k limited edition of the Thing. They cancelled my order w/o any notice to me via email or updating my order history their website 45 days or so after I ordered. I had to call to find this out, they said that the manufacturer could not fulfill the order.
