GBTerrible customer service! Terrible customer service!! My packaged never arrived and all they told me was to try to contact USPS. I emailed them multiple times and they stopped responding. Literally wasted my money :(

GBI tried to cancel order only 30 minutes… I tried to cancel order only 30 minutes after ordering. I was charged $39.20. I founded the same item on Target for $17.29 + free shipping. I requested cancelation or honoring to match the price. I got nothing. From now when I see company name Deep Discount Entertainment I will avoid any purchase. They charged me almost double.

GBHorrible company to order from I have not once had ordered from them without an issue. Majority of the time items will never ship, often ordered will be cancelled with no notification that they're cancelled.

GBPlaced a preorder Placed a preorder, item came out waited weeks, called notified that there were over 4900 back orders. My son had been waiting on this, I got on game stop and placed the order right away no back order. Waiting for confirmation email about cancellation not confident I will receive one. Go to a well known company the small amount of money you may save does not fix the disappoint if you dont receive your order.
