TWA Degenerate Operation I placed a small order (only four items) last Wednesday morning. The goods didn't go out on Thursday. They didn't go out on Friday. The weekend came and went with no change to the order status. Then I find out that Monday was no different. It does NOT take 4 working days to box merchandise for shipping. This company is quick and efficient to process PAYMENTS, but they are entirely inept when it comes to delivering service. And don't even get me started on their email communication. I intend to report this to Amazon, which scuba.com relies on for payment processing.

GBAvoid this company at all cost Avoid this company at all cost, recently bought a garmin descent mk2i with them and as soon as I received the box I notice that it was open, not the box for the package but the box of the watch itself, when I open the box I notice the the package didn’t look like the original package and it was missing parts that comes included with the watch, like the extension band for the wetsuit, after watching this I was going to tell them to send me a new one but I don’t trust the, this is a 1499.00 dollars watch to take the risk to buy with this shady company.. I will buy it somewhere else and never use them again!! Hopefully they will return my money or I will dispute with my credit card

GBOk I've read a few negative issues but … Ok I've read a few negative issues but as of April 2017 I can't say enough good about these guys I ordered a few things for a scuba class I'm taking and two items were back ordered these guys not only upgraded the missing items but then two day Express it to me awesome

GBGREAT people to work with!!! In the past several weeks I've purchased two dive computers from Scuba.com. The first time I worked with Bob and this last purchase I worked with Arthur. What consistently knowledgeable people these are! They didn't beat me up to talk me into what I didn't want. They helped match me to what I needed. Oh yes, Scuba.com's prices smoked the competition.

GBAvoid Scuba.com at all costs! I ordered a dive computer from Scuba.com. After two weeks, I inquired about my order. I was told that UPS tried to deliver my package, but it was not accepted by me. UPS would have left a note at my home, as they have done many times. Although they gave me a tracking number, i think the whole thing was a scam. I asked to have the item re-sent, but kept getting excuses. Now I am having trouble getting my credit card refunded. DO NOT buy from this company under any circumstance!
