GBTerrible customer service ordered two… Terrible customer service ordered two 80lb tanks 2 months ago only one arrived. Immediately contacted UPS and Scuba to make claim. Have gotten nothing but a run around since, keep asking for pictures of a non-existent item that we never received! Tried disputing the order through the Credit Card company, unfortunately it is also handled by the same company so got the same run around! Would never recommend this company worst experience ever!

GBHorrible company I ordered over $2000 of scuba equipment from them. They shipped in multiple boxes and did not send all items and claimed they did. I notified them immediately and took photos of everything. They have continued to string me along and do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. They never sent my BCD which was part of a kit and they said it was delivered. I never signed for anything either. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and they have refunded my money even though Scuba.com would not. I will never order another thing from them ever. Terrible customer service and they charge you for items that you never receive. Not to mention if you think you are getting a deal with a kit they are ripping you off. They put cheap first and second stages on good regs and expect people not to notice. Bait and switch is what they are doing and not delivering product and charging you anyway.

GBGREAT people to work with!!! In the past several weeks I've purchased two dive computers from Scuba.com. The first time I worked with Bob and this last purchase I worked with Arthur. What consistently knowledgeable people these are! They didn't beat me up to talk me into what I didn't want. They helped match me to what I needed. Oh yes, Scuba.com's prices smoked the competition.

GBOk I've read a few negative issues but … Ok I've read a few negative issues but as of April 2017 I can't say enough good about these guys I ordered a few things for a scuba class I'm taking and two items were back ordered these guys not only upgraded the missing items but then two day Express it to me awesome
