FRdisappointed and I received more than half of my order Sorry for my english because i'm a french client... I received only half of my order ... I ordered a t -shirt Dog and Daryl lamp but got the dog t shirt ... Also I paid € 45 customs fee for a dog t shirt ... I contacted customer service guarantee an answer within 24 hours but I still have no answer ... I 'm disappointed because if are my christmas gifts that I expected .... I really hoped to receive my lamp in addition to a commercial gesture because if is not correct from a commercial site of this size fail to European customers because we pay expensive import ...

NLI feel scammed I ordered an album due to release september 11th and to be delivered september 11th i placed this order on the 30th of august.. Friday the 11th rolls around i check my mailbox aaand nothing same story for the next 5 days.. No message from them whatsoever so i decide to email their customer service, their anwser boiled down to check with your post office goodbye.. What postoffice?! How the hell am i supposed to know where it ships to be distributed they give 0 information and basically say good luck mate you're on your own not our problem anymore, i've since demanded my money back and as you would expect.. No response For sure the best webshop out there people really.. They really better fix this i'm not known for rolling over and taking bs like this

GBAvoid at all costs Pre-ordered a the 1975 rose gold necklace with the release date of the 3rd it is now the 8th with no dispatch of the item. In hopes to clarify this I had to navigate through the endless pages to get to the contact us/problems page and despite attempting to contact them over many days have not received any response nor my product.

GBFailure to fulfil I ordered two vinyl boxed sets for my sons birthday which was May 8th One set was sent correctly, but the other contained an unrelated DVD instead of a Vinyl called Copper Blue. My direct promised to send the correct vinyl but then claimed they could not supply- so I purchased is elsewhere with no difficulty at all it. My Play Direct admitted it was their error- and offered an inadequate refund which has STILL not arrived. They are blaming my bank- but since I bank online I know they have never refunded anything. I will not give up on a matter of principle. Also- what are the terms and conditions and privacy policy I am supposed to accept ? Another cover up ?

GBI keep receiving the wrong item... I ordered a signed Banks CD and received the wrong item 3 times! Very disappointed. Huge fan of hers and was really looking forward to receiving the item. Thought I'd try my luck by ordering what I originally wanted, which was a signed Banks vinyl, but I don't want to go through this again. I've received wrong items from myplaydirect several times before too. The only reason I continue to buy from this company is because only they have what I want (limited edition stuff) and the prices are better.
