AUProblem understood and solved Whilst attempting to download album tracks my browser programme (Firefox) locked on the first track, and thus a restart of the programme was required. When I restarted Firefox I was able to download all the subsequent tracks, but the first track was flagged as having already been downloaded. I submitted an email detailing my problem and received a prompt reply detailing a solution. Problem understood and solved with a minimum of fuss!

GBEasily changed my shipping address for pre-ordered item I was unsure if I would be able to change the shipping address for an order I placed in Dec. for a pre-ordered album that is scheduled to ship next week (2/26/16). I sent a customer support request and was notified within 3-4 hours that my address had been successfully changed. No problem so far, and I hope to receive my package at the correct address in the coming week.

GBFailure to fulfil I ordered two vinyl boxed sets for my sons birthday which was May 8th One set was sent correctly, but the other contained an unrelated DVD instead of a Vinyl called Copper Blue. My direct promised to send the correct vinyl but then claimed they could not supply- so I purchased is elsewhere with no difficulty at all it. My Play Direct admitted it was their error- and offered an inadequate refund which has STILL not arrived. They are blaming my bank- but since I bank online I know they have never refunded anything. I will not give up on a matter of principle. Also- what are the terms and conditions and privacy policy I am supposed to accept ? Another cover up ?

AUI had ordered some clothing for my … I had ordered some clothing for my little brother off the playstation store 2 whole f*cking months before christmas. I never got an email saying there shop was shutting down or anything. I eventually went to the playstation gear website to check and turns out myplay shutdown, I wonder why? (Maybe because they are f*cking thieves) This cost me a little bit over $50 (excluding shipping) and I'm pretty f*cking p*ssed. Good f*cking riddence, these money thieving crooked c*nts deserve to be shutdown.
