GBThe service cannot be topped! In all honesty, I have enjoyed more amazing service from myplaydirect/popmarket than I ever could have imagined. First, my orders arrive quickly and are very well-packaged (no damage in transit). Second, the catalog I have to pick from and the offers that are delivered daily are fantastic. Third, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, whenever there is a problem with a disk -- e.g., a bad pressing -- it is resolved IMMEDIATELY and in the best possible way: The item is replaced, satisfaction guaranteed. GBBest Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Had! After a problem from shipping, I contacted Customer Service. First Marie, who I had most of my correspondence with, then Kevin were fantastic! They replied quickly, they cared, my problem mattered to them, & they worked diligently toward resolution. My faith was restored, I even placed another order! GBRhino Lp Issues I've had many issues with the quality of Rhino records. Many of the "new" records have come either blemished (fingerprints everywhere) and/or scratched! Also, I received 2 Joni Mitchell's "Blue" Lp's and on both they had pops on "All I Want" right when she begins to sing. This is a Rhino issue and not a Popmarket issue. Popmarket has the best customer service, responded to me quickly and refunded my money.Thanks again Popmarket (especially Kevin and Macey) for all of your help.

GBI don't know where to start I honestly think this site has been set-up as some kind of social experiment to see how much bad service people are prepared to put up with. They can't even do the most basic tasks such as cancel an order. Responses often don't bear any relation to the question you have asked. Avoid at all costs.

AUI had ordered some clothing for my … I had ordered some clothing for my little brother off the playstation store 2 whole f*cking months before christmas. I never got an email saying there shop was shutting down or anything. I eventually went to the playstation gear website to check and turns out myplay shutdown, I wonder why? (Maybe because they are f*cking thieves) This cost me a little bit over $50 (excluding shipping) and I'm pretty f*cking p*ssed. Good f*cking riddence, these money thieving crooked c*nts deserve to be shutdown.
