Good and Bad relationship… I have had good and bad relationship with MicroMark. Yes, their website is difficult and very sales pushy... The product quality is OK. They do have unique items hard to find elsewhere. Their shipping sucks... my gauge order that was suppose to arrive yesterday... is still 2300 miles east of my location. FedEx -when we get around to it shipping- has often taken 3-4 weeks for delivery. Msg to MicroMark, let the customer pick the best shipping as the customer pays for it anyway. Let me pick USPS Priority Mail which is still funny as they list 2-day service... but normally takes 4-5 days to arrive. FedEx cheapo shipping has had my ordering often sitting for 3-4 days in the same location. Msg to MicroMark, shipping is a major part of YOUR business success or failure. Choice wisely... Screw the customer, loose that customer.

Very impressed with their service! This was the first time I did business with Micro Mark. I wanted to buy a tool that was out of stock so I left a request to be notified when it became available again. It was so long ago that I had forgotten about it however the did remember my request and notified me right away. When I reordered the tool, delivery was very prompt. I am delighted with their service and will certainly continue to do business with them. John Alexander

My rating is for the quality of product… My rating is for the quality of product purchased not the customer service. I ordered a power unit for LED light string. The power cord, which plugs into 110V AC was not prewired into the power unit by the manufacturer. It needed to be connected to two screw terminals separated by a small divider and covered by a flimsy plastic cover. I consider this an unsafe product and returned it. They refunded my purchase minus the original shipping cost in a reasonable amount of time. I would their customer service 5 stars.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! My mini-jigsaw has a very tiny screw that fell out and I could not find it (working over gravel on a windy day). It isn't a easily replaceable size. They sent me a replacement with no charge. This is customer service. I have a similar issue with another product/supplier and they'll sell me the replacement part for a very low price, but want $15 to ship it! That is not customer service. Thank you Micro-Mark for understanding your products AND your customers!

Customer Service I had ordered the " Plastic Modeler's Essential Tool Set Super Value Package" a few weeks ago. The catalog description and photo shows two bottles of Plastic Welder for a total of 4oz. I received only one bottle. I called customer service but could not get the person to understand that I was missing a second bottle. I gave up but upon receiving the latest catalog, It was listed again! Please correct the catalog or give more training to the customer service folks.Thank you.
