Broad Selection with hard-to-find tools The tool selection is really broad, though some groups seem a bit on the pricey side. however, they are often the ONLY source for good quality tools intended for small scale work. The shipping is very quick, and the website purchase was smooth and trouble free. my order arrived timely and was well packaged. I've already reccomended them countless times for tools you can't find other places...

Consistently incorrect order, or shipment They have unique, hard-to-find stuff, but the web search is TERRIBLE, and they mess up orders EVERY TIME. 90% of the time, a part is not listed, buried in the wrong category, or absent from any fathomable search method (by part # or identifying name), and I have to call customer service, who then promptly mails it to the wrong person. Yes, this really happened. If I can find it someplace else, I'll get it ANYWHERE before I rely on MicroMark. Update: Spoke to customer service, I got an email a day later with my order details, with the SLOWEST POSSIBLE SHIPPING. Note: when appeasing a customer due to YOUR incompetence, at least send it overnight. I'm already a week late. Yeesh! And the Customer Service lady said she'd been there 20 years- maybe THATS your problem!

Over all I am happy with the quality of… Over all I am happy with the quality of the products I receive from MicroMark. My only complaint is that they could communicate better with their customers when an item is on back-order. They could also work to get their customers a better idea as to when the back-ordered items will ship. Granted, this is sometimes difficult, but it would go a long way to improve them to a 5 star rating in my eyes.

Micro-Mark carries items that I can't… Micro-Mark carries items that I can't find locally. They've never sent an incorrect order. Items are well packed. I've never had to call customer service. I've found the answers to my questions on their website or in their catalogue.

Only half of the order quantity was… Only half of the order quantity was shipped. The item qty listed was 2 sets, the order arrived with only 1. No backorder qty was listed. Customer service resolved the issue when I called, and shipped the remaining item promptly. I noted the MicroMark price was double the sellers pkg listed price, and shipping charge was about 2x normal. Unless I can't find alternative source, I probably won't use this site again.
