I ordered an item and was given the following shipping options: Standard Shipping $8.95, UPS 2nd Day Air®$64.16, UPS Next Day Air®$75.20. Of course I picked Standard because the other two options are outrageous! Unfortunately, Standard Shipping became FedEx, which is by far the worst shipping company. I ordered it 6 days ago, was supposed to get it yesterday. When I checked the tracking recently, it was somewhere in Kansas. In fact it took a whole day for the package to go 100 miles. And then is no expected arrival date now. Why doesn't Micro-Mark give an option for USPS. They're certainly faster, cheaper, and more dependable than FedEx!

Very impressed with their service! This was the first time I did business with Micro Mark. I wanted to buy a tool that was out of stock so I left a request to be notified when it became available again. It was so long ago that I had forgotten about it however the did remember my request and notified me right away. When I reordered the tool, delivery was very prompt. Creeper Creeper. Don't waste your money if you are looking for anything other than a roll around platform to use on hard surface only and want to have your head inclined about 4 inches. Made of particle board, so if you put pressure on an awkward point, it can break on you. Hinge point is fabric, not a metal hinge. Release lever for up and down can be knocked by accident and you will go flat in a heartbeat. Most of their products are great, but this one just isn't.
