I preordered an album in April with a… I preordered an album in April with a July ship date. I understand vinyl can be delayed. When I inquired, I received a shipment notice on September 24. However, this was a “pre-shipment” and the item still has not shipped. It’s November 5 and every record shop has had this album for 2 months. Customer service said this was because they’re waiting on their shipment.

Great Service for a Great Price! I became a member of the Vinylmnky tribe a few months ago and I cannot recommend them enough. Customer support is quick and friendly and I have yet to have any sort of issues. Records are packaged well in shipping and have always been shipped out as soon as possible after I order. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great monthly record subscription for an incredibly reasonable price!

Great Customer Service Received a record that was defective from the factory (label over the playable area of the record). Emailed them and they responded within 3 minutes and said they would reach out to the label to see what they could do. They weren't able to get an additional copy from the label since it was a limited pressing, so they just gave me a refund. Couldn't ask for any better customer service than that. Will absolutely buy from them again.

Will it ever ship? Ive been waiting a month and a half for an order, have emailed customer service 5 times looking for some sort of shipping estimate. No response.
