Had an issue with the clarity of one of my orders (split shipment due to availability) but support quickly and clearly resolved the issue. Will certainly buy from vinylmnky again!

Great service, may require more padding on shipping. Prompt with any questions asked, fast reliable shipping with a tracking number and the curators have a track record of excellent selections. However they may need to pad the package a bit more because usps tried to play rugby with mine and ended up slightly damaging the outer sleve of one of my records. Great service would recommend.

Excellent Gift! Wonderful Customer Service! I bought this as a gift for my brother, a true music lover. He loved the records that were sent to him each month and said they helped him begin to build his vinyl collection. I forgot to cancel my brothers subscription in time, and was charged for another 6 months. When I reached out to Vinylmnky, they issued me a refund within 24 hours along with a very kind personal message. I highly recommend this company for music lovers like my brother!

Not a great first (and likely last) experience Got shipping notification but USPS never received package. After multiple attempts at reaching out a second tracking number was sent. I received the package a month after release date, while it had been preordered for 6 months. Second album in my order did not come with the paper bag packaging it was supposed to come in. When I questioned them about this, I never received a response. Update: Travis with Vinylmnky reached out to me and confirmed that he would send me the missing sleeve. Updating from 1 to 3 stars.

I preordered an album in April with a… I preordered an album in April with a July ship date. I understand vinyl can be delayed. When I inquired, I received a shipment notice on September 24. However, this was a “pre-shipment” and the item still has not shipped. It’s November 5 and every record shop has had this album for 2 months. Customer service said this was because they’re waiting on their shipment.
