GBPoor service (Updated) During the period between my pre-order date and the ship date, I moved states.i reached out well before the ship date to update the address but the order was still shipped to my old address. It was forwarded by the post office but I had to pay more shipping for a mistake I did not make. When I mentioned that in my final email regarding this issue, there was no acknowledgement. EDIT: Travis was kind enough to reach out after seeing my review to make things right which goes a long way. I'm willing to give ordering from Vinylmnky another shot.

GBI preordered an album in April with a… I preordered an album in April with a July ship date. I understand vinyl can be delayed. When I inquired, I received a shipment notice on September 24. However, this was a “pre-shipment” and the item still has not shipped. It’s November 5 and every record shop has had this album for 2 months. Customer service said this was because they’re waiting on their shipment.

GBVinylmnky Member for Life! I've been a member of Vinylmnky for almost 5 years now, and the entire crew (especially Travis and Nick!) are absolutely incredible! Not only does Vinylmnky have a killer selection of music in their online store, but the new and upcoming albums/artists they have introduced me to through the BROTM have been stellar (and they typically come either signed or with a cool freebie!) Added bonus, their monthly subscription cost is hella inexpensive compared to other vinyl subscription services, who IMO, aren't as awesome as Vinylmnky. Vinylmnky feeds my soul through the music they deliver to me each and every month, and I love them for it! Keep on groovin' Vinylmnky tribe!

GBGreat Customer Service Received a record that was defective from the factory (label over the playable area of the record). Emailed them and they responded within 3 minutes and said they would reach out to the label to see what they could do. They weren't able to get an additional copy from the label since it was a limited pressing, so they just gave me a refund. Couldn't ask for any better customer service than that. Will absolutely buy from them again.

GBOut of stock inventory unclear Y'all need to invest in a more responsive web design that shows what you actually have in stock. Either that or hire more customer service folks to respond to follow-up questions about canceled orders. Happy I did get my money back for part of the order, but was left in the dark to guess why for a long time. The nice staff seemed over-worked. 😕
