Had an issue with the clarity of one of my orders (split shipment due to availability) but support quickly and clearly resolved the issue. Will certainly buy from vinylmnky again!

Great place for records! I've just received my first few copies of records from Vinylmnky and I love it. Have contacted them via FB a couple of times, and they are prompt in replying messages. Album selection is pretty good too compare to a few other subscription services that I had, so keep it up! However, I do hope that package send to overseas could be bubble wrap as the box is pretty prone to bumps.

The best of all my subscription services VinylMnky is the best! Consistently introducing me to new music, while also peppering in some recognizable artists. And they throw in stickers and signed posters with almost every order. They have awesome access to the artists and their teams. Ordering vinyl from them is extremely convenient as well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Avoid ordering from them. They overcharge on releases that are usually widely available and their policy WON’T ALLOW CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS. I pre-ordered an item that arrive damaged and now they don’t reply to my e-mails So I’m stuck with an item that I highly overpaid for. Shop somewhere else.

Poor service (Updated) During the period between my pre-order date and the ship date, I moved states.i reached out well before the ship date to update the address but the order was still shipped to my old address. It was forwarded by the post office but I had to pay more shipping for a mistake I did not make. When I mentioned that in my final email regarding this issue, there was no acknowledgement. EDIT: Travis was kind enough to reach out after seeing my review to make things right which goes a long way. I'm willing to give ordering from Vinylmnky another shot.
