No Problems I have ordered 5 helicopters from XHeli within the past year an haven't had any problems. All my helis worked great and they came within a week of placing the order. I'm not sure as to why others have had horrible experiences with this website. They might have gotten new employees or management or something recently, but I'm not sure. The only thing I don't like is the constant emails from the website. I plan on ordering a couple more times from XHeli in the near future.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! you pick what you like, they ship it to you, you get it, your happy, you buy again, you pick, you pay, and IT NEVER SHOWS UP?, then you look for "CUSTOMER SERVICE", call their number, 5 out of 5 they are busy, meaning you wont ever get an answer, then you try chatting with them and they are like robots!, they are not so promising.... have no concern for your situation, they dont care... they just want your money...

DO NOT purchase from XHELI XHELI deserves no stars. I spent a significant amount on a quad copter. They send me a package that had obviously been opened. There was a fist sized wad of packing stuff lose in the box. Get this... there was mud on the foot pads of the Quad. Obviously sending me a returned item that should not have been returned. I could tell immediately after I opened the brown outer shipping box that something was wrong, yet they still packed it up and sent it to me as a "NEW" item. They have been hassling me about the return. They insist they didn't do it. They want pictures. Do not waste your money on these clowns. It is a hassle dealing with them. I've already wasted hours with no resolution.

Watch out! They seem to be a scam I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option. They called me a week ago to tell me that one battery out of several things ordered was putting my 2nd day shipment order on hold because it is not in stock. They left a number to contact them and it is forever busy, I have called it 50 or 60 times now. Also, the email customer support seems to be non existent and impossible to find to even send them an email. It seems that they would want to take better care of their customers when they are spending 300 plus dollars on orders. Who knows...maybe it is just a scam.

The Jury is Still Out on Conducting Future Business With XHELI It is indeed disappointing that quality of XHELI's service is erratic. I bought a product from them earlier this year and within a day or two received notification that the order was shipped. I was pleased that the order arrived within another day or two. I ordered parts for a RC Helicopter and received notification that the order was shipped. A day after that i was asked to rate the company on their performance. Assuming that their services would be reflective of my last experience I provided them very good ratings. I waited a few days and notice that the part did not appear. Yesterday I received a very disappointing email stating that the product was back ordered and would not be shipped for a whopping 4-6 weeks. While I did not mind waiting, I was confused about the notification of shipment and then the email informing me that the product was back ordered. I have written an email to customer service and will see what their explanation is. I do hope that my notification of shipment, request for ratings regarding my experience with the company and then notification that the product was back ordered are merely coincidental and more importantly that this merchant can restore my faith in their services.
