In order to find out tracking had to go on website and figure it out. Customer service isn't their focus. Update: Talked with a Julian soon after review and he forwarded me an email of a response. Not sure what happen to the original but life happens. Also the quick response wasn't through only email, but through text messages too. Appreciate Green Water Sports being able to ship to a military address. Thank you for the redemption.

Fast, friendly, honest with excellent customer service I ordered a Scorprega electric pump from Greenwater Sports to inflate kites for kiteboarding and also for paddle boards. Whopper I sold my two year old SUP in Zihautanejo and wanted a better one. I consulted with friends and decided on the Starboard Zen Whopper. I thought I wanted the Whopper and then talked to Julian at Green Water Sports. After talking with him and learning more based on his incredible insight/ knowledge about what would be best for me given my weight and location of where I would paddle he convinced me the Whopper would indeed be the best. What I liked is that he didn't try to sell me something just to make a sale. I also got a great carbon/hybrid paddle and lease.
