Customer service is Top Notch. We encountered a manufacture issue with our Red paddle co . Products. Their carry bag was defective and one of the Titan pumps leaked air. Green water sports communicated with red paddle co. And resolved our issues in a very timely manner.

Great followup service after the sale. My wife purchased a first rate Inflatable SUP from Green Water for my Christmas present over a year ago. Julian and Green Water recently helped me with a manufacturing issue long after the sale. I have a very well known product at a fair price with a representative that is still there for me. Although my hard SUP's are custom shaped, I will never buy an inflatable or accessories anywhere else!

I've purchased 2 Red Paddle Co boards… I've purchased 2 Red Paddle Co boards from Green Water Sports. Red Paddle does not offer a paddle with their boards. Green Water however offered a free one with the purchase of one of Red Paddle Co boards. Shipping was very fast. Especially considering our current situation where everything has slowed down. Would certainly buy from them again.

Exceptional Service I can't recommend Green Water Sports and Julian enough. I had a warrantee issue on a new board, and he went to bat for me with the manufacturer. When the manufacturer could not come through with a direct replacement - he worked a deal on another brand. Not sure how many internet dealers would have done the same. Great communication, fast shipping and good prices - I'll definitely buy from them in the future.

In short, Green Water Sports is a professional operation that meets expectations. Cannot say that about too many SUP stores in South Florida!
