I've purchased 2 Red Paddle Co boards… I've purchased 2 Red Paddle Co boards from Green Water Sports. Red Paddle does not offer a paddle with their boards. Green Water however offered a free one with the purchase of one of Red Paddle Co boards. Shipping was very fast. Especially considering our current situation where everything has slowed down. Would certainly buy from them again.

I bought a Red Original deck bag from… I bought a Red Original deck bag from GWS & it arrived on my doorstep the next day! It was packaged really well & was in perfect condition. I am definitely ordering from GSW again & will be telling all of my friends about them.

Customer service is Top Notch. We encountered a manufacture issue with our Red paddle co . Products. Their carry bag was defective and one of the Titan pumps leaked air. Green water sports communicated with red paddle co. And resolved our issues in a very timely manner.

Gave me the wrong tracking number Gave me the wrong tracking number. Wrote them an email and no one contacted me in regards to their mistake. In order to find out tracking had to go on website and figure it out. Customer service isn't their focus. Update: Talked with a Julian soon after review and he forwarded me an email of a response. Not sure what happen to the original but life happens. Also the quick response wasn't through only email, but through text messages too. Appreciate Green Water Sports being able to ship to a military address. Thank you for the redemption.

Red Board Review Since you are a Red Distributor - here is a review on my experience of their product: For anyone thinking of buying RED Paddle Co. PADDLEBOARDS. Beware that they will not stand behind their product. And yes, we have contacted them and the RED distributor that we bought through to discuss the issues. Due to COVID we were not able to use our boards due to travel restrictions, we have used these boards 2 months at the most and the one side has blown out. Note that we also treat our boards extremely well, never left in sun, stored correctly, etc. RED boards are marketed as being the best and they are also the most expensive - so we thought lets go with the best so we don't have to replace soon - spend to quality. We weren't told we needed to register them to get the warranty, and then RED extended the warranty over COVID to 5 years, but we miss this date by a few months. They could make an exception, they choose not to. Our old cheaper boards lasted us 5 years, RED lasted us 2 months. Extremely disappointed - buyer beware.
