Delivery was prompt Delivery was prompt, bong is great, I've bought this same bong a few times from you guys, the big problem is your cone piece the hole in the bottom is so small I can't use it, knowing this I ordered an extra cone piece hoping it would be different but it was the same small pin hole, if you have any other cone piece with a larger hole that's usable could you please send me a link and I'll purchase it. Great piece, great price, arrived on time. Poor (none) communication through email. I stumbled upon bongsnpipes while looking for a piece I really liked, but wasn't in stock on another site. They had the same piece for even cheaper than the other site, and it was in stock. I was concerned when I saw other reviews of their website as a scam, so I emailed the support contact after 2 days without an update on tracking for my order, but no reply. After I didn't get any replies from my e-mail, I figured it was money lost, but to my surprise, the package arrived in good condition, and exactly what I ordered. Very happy overall, relieved a little, but there could have been an email response from their support contact. Thanks guys :)

Fast delivery but items were inferior The delivery of the items were so quick I received them the next day. The bulk of one of the item was not circular I call d it deformed. sweet puff is a trusted brand but this one was not like the other propels I had before. There is also a part of the glass that we’re not blown properly as it felt like it was broken when you out your mouth. In addition the holes were big. I used to get mine from another supplier and I thought that u will try this merchant but I will go back to the other supplier. Disappointed!

Can't believe I've just ordered I've just placed an order about two hours ago ......great site setup felt comfortable and didn't feel a need to se how reputable they are and went ahead spent money I didn't really have but it was a treat due to little win of $80 on lotto .....then I spend just over $50 and kinda shocked at postal charge of $16 but ok faster the better it gets here now I went to Facebook saw reviews there now this Im shattered hoping that they do the right thing and it's all been an attack on the for no reason . Time will tell next day or so . Then I'll be up here writing or singing praises or heading south to do a personal meet and greet ....
