Great piece, great price, arrived on time. Poor (none) communication through email. I stumbled upon bongsnpipes while looking for a piece I really liked, but wasn't in stock on another site. They had the same piece for even cheaper than the other site, and it was in stock. I was concerned when I saw other reviews of their website as a scam, so I emailed the support contact after 2 days without an update on tracking for my order, but no reply. After I didn't get any replies from my e-mail, I figured it was money lost, but to my surprise, the package arrived in good condition, and exactly what I ordered. Very happy overall, relieved a little, but there could have been an email response from their support contact. Thanks guys :)

Took over a month to get my order (paid… Took over a month to get my order (paid for express shipping) as manager was on leave and staff took no action until manager returned. Have messaged and emailed - like many other reviews got no response

Uncontactable until 2 days after “item… Uncontactable until 2 days after “item was delivered”. Paid for tracking and express. Couldn’t receive the tracking number because it wasn’t sent. NO COMMUNICATION. I disputed with afterpay and got an email from bongsnpipes the next morning at 1am. I did not receive my package.

Fast delivery but items were inferior The delivery of the items were so quick I received them the next day. The bulk of one of the item was not circular I call d it deformed. sweet puff is a trusted brand but this one was not like the other propels I had before. There is also a part of the glass that we’re not blown properly as it felt like it was broken when you out your mouth. In addition the holes were big. I used to get mine from another supplier and I thought that u will try this merchant but I will go back to the other supplier. Disappointed!

Easy to use website accepts buy now pay… Easy to use website accepts buy now pay later options and quick delivery BUT I paid for a 100 dollar mystery box and I'm not happy with the items.. I got 2 very cheap bongs didn't bother chucking in any Good ones no herb grinder just few small accessories won't be shopping through use again definetely won't recommended
