Scam Scam! not a good company. I ordered early April 2020 and after a few weeks I received a tracking email which never showed any activity. I've emailed numerous times and received one response saying that "due to Covid, there will be delays" and then i sent several more emails with no response. The latest response from them was received early June 2020 and they gave a NEW tracking that still has not changed. I went ahead and reported the company disputed the charge with Paypal.

I emailed them they said they dont come with frames and I would have to order separately! This was not in the description. They owe me 4 more paint by numbers and instead they sent me 3 diamond set I did not even order. I spent close to 100 for crap! Warning beware: do not buy from this company! I going to go to my bank show them the screen shots of what I ordered and what I got and dispute the charge. Just dont buy unless you want to receive stuff you did not order

Art Stealing Company! This company is known for stealing well known art from many artists. This company then proceeded to make money advertising art that doesn't belong to them! They don't deny stealing the art either. Recently this company stolen Roy The Art, digital Disney princess collection of THEIR ART and started claiming it as their own product. This site is a huge scam, do NOT BUY ANYTHING!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERCICE AND AFTER 101 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have placed order for two paintings on 27th March. On 31st March received an email that paintings are dispatched. Today is 5th July and I still haven't received those paintings in value of 85$. Its been exactly 101 day(s) of waiting. When contacted customer support and asking when can I expect them, their excuse is Covid 19 (numerous times). When I asked for refund as well numerous times they were ignoring my emails and email address on web page is not correct as well. In past couple of weeks I was ordering items from Wish and Aliexpress (and everybody knows it takes months to arrive) all arrived before those paintings. And by reading this reviews now it seems like I am not the only one who hasn't received purchased order. If you are smart you will not order anything from this page. I have attached some pictures. I’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I… I’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I have two requests. First, to date I’ve had to throw away four different pieces because, try as I might after 5 or even 7 coats of paint the numbers printed on the canvas are either still visible or become dark splotches. Providing some sort of white out pen or extra pot of light beige (but not a transparent one!) to cover the numbers beforehand would be very helpful. Secondly, as other companies do, provide a black and white page with the design color guide printed so that when touching up you can find which color is needed.
