GBThey blocked ME when I needed help I contacted AllPaintByNumbers to get help from support (help @ allpaintbynumbers.com, her name is Emily). The paint by number kit they sent me looked nothing like the photo I submitted. The colors were way off, the person had no eyes, etc. So I reached out for help. I emailed Emily a photo of the kit they sent me, which has my photo on there, and the actual photo to show her that they looked completely different. Emily said, go ahead and complete the painting, then send me the photo of the painting. I actually had already done the painting and it looked horrible. So I replied back with the painting I had completed, only to find that she blocked my email address! So, then I emailed her again, but through their email support page on their website, and said, "hey I tried to email you but for some reason my email is now blocked. I still need help." I never heard from them. So a few weeks later I tried to login to my account, and they deleted my entire account without any notice. Horrible customer support (basically non-existent), unwilling to help customers, and deleting my information without any acknowledgment is poor business.

ITI’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I… I’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I have two requests. First, to date I’ve had to throw away four different pieces because, try as I might after 5 or even 7 coats of paint the numbers printed on the canvas are either still visible or become dark splotches. Providing some sort of white out pen or extra pot of light beige (but not a transparent one!) to cover the numbers beforehand would be very helpful. Secondly, as other companies do, provide a black and white page with the design color guide printed so that when touching up you can find which color is needed.

GBI ordered 3 paintings from… I ordered 3 paintings from allpaintbynumbers.com on 4/10/20. Understand this is in the middle of the covid 19 crisis. My paintings should have arrived latest 5/25/20. That is processing time + 45 days for shipping. I was never able to track my shipping, although I received an email with tracking links. I used all methods of tracking with no results. I sent in 3 separate communications using both Email & messages off their website for contact. In each communication, I gave order numbers and a way to reach me. I have not heard back from any of my requests for information concerning my orders. Today I placed a dispute with my credit card used to place the orders. The company is out of stated to be out of New York on the website. Any response would have been greeted with appreciation and understanding. I believe this company may be a scam.

IEDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERCICE AND AFTER 101 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have placed order for two paintings on 27th March. On 31st March received an email that paintings are dispatched. Today is 5th July and I still haven't received those paintings in value of 85$. Its been exactly 101 day(s) of waiting. When contacted customer support and asking when can I expect them, their excuse is Covid 19 (numerous times). When I asked for refund as well numerous times they were ignoring my emails and email address on web page is not correct as well. In past couple of weeks I was ordering items from Wish and Aliexpress (and everybody knows it takes months to arrive) all arrived before those paintings. And by reading this reviews now it seems like I am not the only one who hasn't received purchased order. If you are smart you will not order anything from this page. I have attached some pictures. GBTerrible company!! Terrible company!!! Took 2 months to receive paint by number kit. Canvas was wrinkled and would not flatten out, contacted company, was told they would send a new canvas, never received it and now the won't respond to emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
