Great paint kits! I have bought many kits from AllPaintbyNumbers and I love them! The paint is amazing quality and I understand some people complain about shipping, however, if you purchase the kits that state “shipping from US” you should receive them a lot quicker! Their customer service is super helpful. I will be purchasing more kits in the future!

If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. ABSOLUTE COMPLETE JUNK! You couldn’t pay me to use the canvas, brush, or paints received. No mention on the website that you have to wait until it arrives from CHINA! BUYER BEWARE!

I’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I… I’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I have two requests. First, to date I’ve had to throw away four different pieces because, try as I might after 5 or even 7 coats of paint the numbers printed on the canvas are either still visible or become dark splotches. Providing some sort of white out pen or extra pot of light beige (but not a transparent one!) to cover the numbers beforehand would be very helpful. Secondly, as other companies do, provide a black and white page with the design color guide printed so that when touching up you can find which color is needed.

After receiving the wrong PBN kit… After receiving the wrong PBN kit twice, the correct kit arrived , albiet very crinkled during travel by mail and took a lot of ironing. This has occurred with most kits. I suggest that the kits should be enclosed in a cardboard tube to help protect them. On the plus side , the latest kit "mountains, river ,trees and rest house" is the best quality kit I have ever had Well designed, clear red lines (cover better than black) , Clear numbers, Quality paint which is creamy and easy to apply and covers well.

Don't buy!! Don't buy!!! Ordered weeks ago and still don't have my items. I canceled my order legal (and staying in their companies terms and conditions) and wanted my money refunded. Sime days later suddenly my order was shipped... Now I'm just receiving standardized e-mails saying my items are shipped. I ask to talk to a manager or supervisor but nothing... sounds like a job for my lawyer. Don't buy!!!
