Paint by Numbers Home says it all I'm writing this review for Paint by Numbers Home, last year I tried to start painting again using winnies picks and masterpiece by numbers, unfortunately it was much to hard on my eyes and I failed miserably..then I discovered Paint by Numbers home through a group on fb, fantastic, they have wonderful paintings.and the customer service is spot on, I have done 6 to date, and hope to do many more , I'm definitely hooked , and the price is right 😊🙏

Ordered 2 kits only got one and… Ordered 2 kits only got one and basically a refusal on my refund for the 2nd one never showing up. Just excuses that it coming from "overseas" so shipping might take a while. It's been 2 months...no refund, no painting.

Great paint kits! I have bought many kits from AllPaintbyNumbers and I love them! The paint is amazing quality and I understand some people complain about shipping, however, if you purchase the kits that state “shipping from US” you should receive them a lot quicker! Their customer service is super helpful. I will be purchasing more kits in the future!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERCICE AND AFTER 101 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have placed order for two paintings on 27th March. On 31st March received an email that paintings are dispatched. Today is 5th July and I still haven't received those paintings in value of 85$. Its been exactly 101 day(s) of waiting. When contacted customer support and asking when can I expect them, their excuse is Covid 19 (numerous times). When I asked for refund as well numerous times they were ignoring my emails and email address on web page is not correct as well. In past couple of weeks I was ordering items from Wish and Aliexpress (and everybody knows it takes months to arrive) all arrived before those paintings. And by reading this reviews now it seems like I am not the only one who hasn't received purchased order. If you are smart you will not order anything from this page. I have attached some pictures. Scam Scam! not a good company. I ordered early April 2020 and after a few weeks I received a tracking email which never showed any activity. I've emailed numerous times and received one response saying that "due to Covid, there will be delays" and then i sent several more emails with no response. The latest response from them was received early June 2020 and they gave a NEW tracking that still has not changed. I went ahead and reported the company disputed the charge with Paypal.
