GBRIP PicMonkey. RIP PicMonkey. Used PicMonkey for years, always considered it one of the best editing programs out there but the new version is awful. Features I loved are gone and offers nothing better in their place. Ribbet calling and I shall follow.

CAI love PicMonkey but Shutterstock!?!? I love PicMonkey, but the move to Shutterstock has made me sad. The images are cheesy… and I have the pro version. It was so much better before Shutterstock. I’m only writing this review in hopes that a collective effort of disappointment with the switch to Shutterstock will invoke change. I love PicMonkey, so it hurts to even do this.

GBAt one time I loved PicMonkey but not any more. At one time I loved Picmonkey. As a blogger and content creator, it was flexible and easy to use. Then they got fancy and added features and more useless, confusing, features. I am going back to Canva because this so-called upgraded version absolutely destroys any ability to be creative and customize. This has become a tool for social media hackers and nothing more.

GBYou can find better elsewhere God, I hate Pic Monkey. For the last several years, they have used a bait and switch free trial offer, but no matter how many times you try to sign up, the free trial never seems to go through. I'm not paying a yearly fee because they either can't fix the glitches in the free trial offer or are deliberately misleading potential clients. Back in the day, I used the services a lot but now I absolutely loathe it.

NZgreat customer care I use picmonkey a year now and recently due to email account and payment changes I got billed a yearly fee. However I’m really pleased with the support and actions I have experienced asap I raised the above issue. They responded instantly with all the explanations and choices to keep prescriptions and get a refund all in an easy email correspondence. For me this is a very professional way of dealing with their customers satisfaction. Thank you.
