Poor photo made great! I had a photo that really wasn't the best. I never gave instructions on cropping or zooming but your magicians made the most beautiful picture from it! I couldn't be happier.. Thanks so much!

Wow! Can't thank you enough! Beautiful! The watercolor print that Designed By Memories did for us, turned out perfect. We thankfully received it on our daughter Trista's birthday which was her present. The picture of my granddaughter holding her 3 month old baby brother made my daughter's smile shine. So thankful that I found you.

This company has seriously failed me This company has seriously failed me. As anyone can see by reading the earlier (pre-2024) customer reviews, the services at "Design by Memories" has, as of January 2024, gone bad. BUYER BEWARE - This company appears to be in trouble, even as they continue to solicit orders by email and on social media. It is as if they are running some kind of scam. This is tragic because they actually did good work in late 2022 and early 2023, when I had used them several times to my satisfaction. NO MORE - They are dishonest. Take your photo or portrait to the local FEDEX print shop and get what you need there. Often the Adobe Photoshop Techs at FEDEX Custom Printing can manipulate & copy/print your digital image the way you like it, while you wait, and sized exactly onto your choice of paper all at a cost well below Design by Memories.

I ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks… I ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks ago and followed up on it. I received an email from Jessica Miller Jessica Miller--the Customer Support Team Manager. The email asked my if I was a BLANK (F word) idiot--and said that I had done a charge back on the order and also said that she would report me to the fraud department. I called my credit card company and I did NOT do a charge back. I am completely blown away by the rudeness of Jessica Miller. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else and NEVER use Designed by Memories.

Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. Very poor customer service from Jessica Miller. Very insulting. they say they will sue me for theft because they shipped my canvas print but never received. I turned the problem over to my credit card company, who is investigating this company. My order was placed the end of January and never received.
